AA/ICP Standards

AA and ICP Assurance® Grade CRMs are available in single and multi-element formulations. Over 70 single-element standards are available at 1,000 and/or 10,000 µg/mL. Custom singles can be manufactured upon request.

CLP Standards

Every CLP standard SPEX CertiPrep offers allows you to Calibrate with Confidence®. The final ICP check, performed in our own laboratories, is your stamp of assurance. We calibrate our instruments with traceable reference materials and show you the actual found value of the solution you receive–not just an ideal.

ICP-MS Standards

ICP-MS Claritas PPT® Grade CRMs are designed for ICP-MS and can also be used in ICP analysis. They are available in single and multi-element solutions. The standards are at 1, 10 or 1,000 µg/mL and packaged in 125 mL bottles to minimize contamination. They are made using ultra high purity acids, the highest grade starting materials, and a high purity water to minimize contaminants.

30mL Plasma Shots®

SPEX CertiPrep now offers 30 mL Plasma Shots® for ICP and ICP-MS grade single element standards. These new 30 mL products deliver the same great SPEX CertiPrep quality in a smaller volume so you’ll have less waste and expired materials. These 30 mL Assurance® and Claritas® standards offer accreditation by A2LA under ISO 17025 and ISO Guide 34.

Testing Kits

Heavy Metals and Minerals Testing Kits are designed for routinely analyzed heavy metals and minerals. All kits come with six, 30 mL ICP-MS standards which includes a nitric acid blank for easy dilution. Conveniently packaged in a sturdy, heavy-duty carton, these kits are perfect to store on a lab bench or in a cabinet. The 30 mL ICP-MS standards ship non-hazardous, saving money on shipping costs. The smaller volume also allows for less hazardous waste should the standard expire before its contents are used.

IC/ISE Standards

SPEX CertiPrep offers the highest quality IC and ISE standards available for the analytical laboratory. Our standards feature a full line of anion and cation single element standards available at 1000 ppm in 125 mL and 500 mL volumes.

Organometallic Oil Standards

Organometallic Oil Standards are offered with a choice of single element or multi-element blends. Whether you are testing engine oils via ICP, RDE, DCP, AA or XRF, our standards are pure and accurate to suit your needs. We offer a choice of 37 single element standards at 1,000 and 5,000 µg/g. Multi-element mixes of 5, 12, 21 and 23 elements are available and come in convenient 50 or 100 gram sizes.

Industrial Hygiene Filters

SPEX CertiPrep offers a range of matrix-matched standards, specifically designed for the needs of various types of industrial hygiene and air monitoring programs. The following trace metals on mixed cellulose ester filters are specifically formulated to meet testing requirements such as National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) 7300-Series Methods, ASTM Standard D7035, ISO Standard 15202-1 and 15202-2, and CEN (EN) Standard 13890. Trace metals on quartz filters, designed to meet the testing requirements of EPA IO-3, are also available as stock products.

XRF / Fusion

Pure and Ultra-Pure Fusion Fluxes and Additives are made from a "Micro Bead" formula to ensure the same ratio of components in each bead with no harmful dust to clog your instruments. Our Fusion Fluxes are pre-fused with additives for better accuracy. Density of 1.4 g/mL ensures flux is easier to handle and measure.

Speciation Standards

SPEX CertiPrep has expanded the ICP-MS product line to include Speciation Standards. Speciation analysis covers many areas including environmental protection and the food and drug administration. To analyze species in a sample requires Certified Reference Materials for sample verification and method validation. Many Speciation Standards are available in today's market, but most of the Speciation Standards are not certified or analyzed with a state-of-art ICP, ICP-MS or LC-ICP-MS.

Carbon Black

SPEX CertiPrep Proudly Introduces Our Carbon Black Reagents for ASTM D1510. Our sodium thiosulfate solutions are prepared from ACS Grade, micro-crystalline Na2S2O3 • 5H2O. In order to maximize shelf life, our matrix is prepared using double-deionized, ASTM Type I Water. Our iodine solutions are prepared from ACS Grade potassium iodine and crystalline elemental iodine. To guarantee a clean and stable product, our matrix is prepared using double-deionized, ASTM Type I Water.

Buffers / Conductivity

SPEX CertiPrep pH Buffers are accurate and certified to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ISO 17034:2016 requirements. Buffers pH 2 through pH 12 are conveniently packaged in 500 mL bottles. Certified pH buffers are made using high purity starting materials and ASTM Type I Water, and are thoroughly analyzed for certified value and homogeneity. Buffers are accurate, premium grade for calibration and quality control checks.

GC/MS Standards

Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) make an effective combination for chemical analysis. SPEX CertiPrep provides over 3,500 GC/MS standards well-suited for a variety of applications.

LC/MS Standards

SPEX CertiPrep's LC/MS single and multi-component standards are created to reduce potential interference and increase analytical accuracy. Our LC/MS products are used for identification and quantification of compounds in a variety of fields from agriculture to manufacturing uses.

Pesticide Standards

Now available, SPEX CertiPrep premixed pesticide multi-compound CRMs. Want all 144 top pesticides? We have the kit containing all of the compounds. Many new pesticides are now being tested using GC/MS and LC/MS and GC techniques to determine even minute amounts of pesticide residue in environmental samples and food products. USP Standards

The USP Metal Impurities Expert Panel has proposed new limits on the elemental impurities in pharmaceutical products based on concerns surrounding potential health toxicity. SPEX CertiPrep�s USP <232> (Limits) and USP <233> (Procedures) parts can be used "as is" as a calibration or check standard to verify Oral Daily Dose PDE, or diluted as needed for Parenteral Component Limit or Parenteral Daily Dose. In addition, standards that are required for ICH/Global compliance are also available.

Standards for Wine

SPEX CertiPrep provides the wine industry with a comprehensive list of certified standards designed to help regulate the chemical interactions that play key roles in wine spoilage such as cork taintage.
