The flashpoint tester MINIFLASH FP VISION
determines flash point according to ATM D6450 and ASTM D7094. Results are rated
equivalent to Pensky Martens and are in excellent correlation to ASTM D56, ISO
13736 and IP 170. It combines full-colour touchscreen design with hassle-free
communication via USB, Ethernet, LIMS and PC software COCKPIT.
MINIFLASH
FP Vision continuously
closed cup design and small sample volume of only 1-2 ml offer maximum safety.
No offensive fumes are released in the testing area and little to no sample
waste is registered when performing a flash point test. The fast thermoelectric
cooling at the end of each flash point test plus the easy handling of the
instrument also save
expensive labor time.
Grabner
Instruments offers
two versions of MINIFLASH
FP Vision: MINIFLASH FPH Vision, for high temperatures up
to 400°C, and MINIFLASH FP Vision, for temperatures between -25°C and 120°C.
The MINISCAN IR LOG is a highly versatile and extremely fast FTIR analyzer, designed for on-site condition monitoring of oils and greases. It is also capable of measuring low or high levels of water in oil accurately and quickly without using hazardous reagents.
Cost Saving
A condition monitoring apparatus is a hard-dollar saving investment, if the analyzer allows to check lube oil and grease quality directly on-site. It enables timely and accurate response to oil degradation. If oil and grease condition is not monitored continuously, additional costs are inevitable: the failure to predict oil degradation leads to engine-repair expenditures that can easily sum up to several hundred thousand dollars per year. An equal amount of costs can accumulate, if expensive oils and greases are changed too early.
The MINISCAN IR VISION is a high speed, compact and robust FTIR fuel analyzer for the comprehensive and automatic measurement of gasoline, jet and diesel fuels. The analyzer is configured to measure more than 100 fuel parameters and components for fuel blending, for quality inspection and to check compliance with fuel specifications directly at the point of sale.
100+ Preconfigured Parameters measured
Compound Analysis is performed according to the international standards ASTM D5845 for oxygenates, ASTM D6277 and EN 238 for Benzene and EN 14078 for Biodiesel blends. A built-in temperature regulated density meter allows for exact determination and stability of fuel density. Octane and Cetane Number, Distillation, Vapor Pressure and other fuel properties are automatically determined from the full IR spectrum using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis and advanced chemometric models following ASTM E1655. Several thousand data points are used to achieve best prediction accuracy.
MINITEST FFK
automatically determines the flow-pressure properties of lubricating grease at
low temperatures
down to -50°C by means of the Kesternich test. The original and time-consuming method
is fully automated and the measuring range is extended far
below the original one, resulting in a considerably improved test precision.
MINIVAP ON-LINE
is a process
monitoring analyzer for the determination of the vapor
pressure of gasoline, crude oil, LPG and NPG. Also, the vapor-liquid ratio
(LVR) of gasoline can be measured. The
measuring principle is identical to the worldwide used laboratory instruments
MINIVAP and therefore the MINIVAP ON-LINE produces
equivalent results.
MINIVAP VP
Vision is a
highly versatile portable vapor pressure tester that features best-in-class precision and
a pressure range of
0-2000 kPa. It is the first analyzer that demonstrates
excellence in engineering by earning certificates for robustness and
durability. Based on Grabner´s cutting-edge Cockpit™ technology, the
instrument offers unmatched
networking capabilities and enables worldwide access to analyzers.
MINIVAP
VPXpert is
the 3rd generation vapor pressure tester for the automatic determination of the
vapor pressure of gasoline, gasoline oxygenate blends and crude oil for all
vapor pressure standards.
Made by experts
for expert testing, the ergonomically designed analyzer offers unmatched
versatility: The instrument incorporates features for V/L ratio determination
(ASTM D5188), for crude oil (ASTM D6377) and R&D applications and
volatility studies over an unprecedented temperature range (0-120°C). The
innovative Sampling
Pro™ technology minimizes the risk of cross contamination
between different sample types.
